Mental Employee Health Appreciation Day

Some companies celebrate the 3rd March - Employee Appreciation Day.

Other companies have a Mental Health Day.

Where I work, at Vigience, we don’t have that. Here, employees are appreciated 365 days per year. Here, we take care of our mental health 12 months per year.

In such an environment, you don’t need some special day for marketing purposes.
